The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because Dorothy, my point of contact, was pleasant and I dont believe she has much say in my complaints she's just doing her job. I hope this review prompts Biohax to improve their programs and educates potential clients before they sign up, so they aren’t as underwhelmed as I am right now. First off, the package you choose is just the beginning. The initial price covers a few tests and a brief 20-minute recap with a nurse about what the markers mean.
