The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because Dorothy, my point of contact, was pleasant and I dont believe she has much say in my complaints she's just doing her job. I hope this review prompts Biohax to improve their programs and educates potential clients before they sign up, so they aren’t as underwhelmed as I am right now.
