Bio 1 just finished cleaning my mother's home. She had a mouse infestation and sixty-eight years of stuff to start decluttering. The team at Bio 1 did an amazing job. Javed was quick to give an estimate and easy to contact. Olivia and Samuel were organized and incredibly hard-working. Best of all, Laura found my mom's missing camcorder! We will use this very professional team again!

I’m a caregiver for my 86-yr-old aunt. She had a hoarding situation in her garage that got REALLY bad, due to a rodent infestation. I first met with Javed, the owner, and the price he quoted was fair and reasonable compared to some competitors in the area. Olivia and Lara were the ones who came out to do the job and they absolutely rocked it! Had Bio1 clean and disinfect my basement of rodent urine and droppings. Crew came out within a few days. Diligent and professional. Went beyond in terms of checking in with me about the state of various materials, advising on whether they could be recovered and removing those that could not.
