They did about 80 % of the work they said they would do; it's to soon to know for sure if the pest are gone. The price was good if they had completed all the thing they said they would do.

One needs to be able ahead of time to ask the right questions about costly projects and watch for phrases like “as needed” to avoid overpaying. Also, it’s a good idea to request (demand) a breakdown of costs—both labor and supplies. Otherwise, you may not even know you’ve been taken advantage of.
Used Bio Lab for termite protection for our home. Found them to be professional, courteous, and came on time as expected. Was happy enough to refer them to our son as well. He , too , used their services and was very satisfied.
