This truthful review will only be deleted when I get a public apology and you admit your management was the problem. Until then 👌 clearly ran by incompetent people. Fired with cause? That's a blatant lie and you know it. There's a reason your employee retention is terrible, and will continue to be that way as long as management hasn't changed

Very disappointed. Left our stove, microwave, and ref very sticky, they brought a vacuum but there was still a lot of stuff in the floor when they left… did not even clean the counter top, washroom was still dirty. Not recommended :(

Chealsey and crew have been in twice and did a fine job cleaning but getting an appointment booked through Vanessa takes forever. Since I am previous customer, I have Vanessa's 'direct' email. It has been three business days and I am still waiting for a response. I called the business yesterday (Day Two) and was told that my message would be delivered to Vanessa. At least 8 business hours have elapsed and I have not heard from them. Maybe Binx should invest in an online booking system and get rid of Vanessa.

We have been buying supplies from Binx for quite a while now. You would be surprised at how much value is offered there. The staff is always friendly and great to deal with. Thank you!
