The place I visited was the worst ever - disorganized, with mixed hair, a nasty odor, and roaches. The price was being altered and I was being overcharged. They informed me at the last minute that they couldn’t do the style I had wanted all along. So I had to change it.
Excellent services
My usual salon cancelled on me with no notice. I was left scrambling to find somewhere to get my hair done at the last minute. I found this salon and I'll definitely be back! I was spoken to as soon as I walked in, my stylist made sure I was happy with my part, that she wasn't braiding too tight and ensured I was happy with the first braid before continuing. Only drawback is they're a little higher priced than others in the area and they don't take credit/debit cards. It's cash, Cash app, etc.
I usually have a good experience but today was the worst. First appointment was at 9. They didn't arrive until 10:10 . No apology. Finished my hair fairly fast but it wasnt what I asked for. I asked for bra length
