I had two panes of glass cut to replace in some picture frames I had. Since they didn't deliver to where I live, I had to deliver the panes myself. When I picked up the glass it was wrapped in paper only with no cardboard to support the panes. While attempting to drive home, the panes of glass broke. So make sure that you have something to secure the panes of glass in when you pick it up.
No issues worth mentioning. Happy with the entire process.
0/10 would NEVER let this man in my home. I had an unfortunate road rage incident with this angry driver. He was driving aggressively, yelling, nearly hit me, and then flipped me off out the window. I get it, driving downtown when lanes are randomly being closed is frustrating, but to do all that is extreme and dangerous. With that type of aggressive and violent behavior, I would not want to let this man in my home for any sort of glass repair.
