So Juan was here on Friday to replace two broken window panes, making room to fit us into his schedule before we left for a couple of weeks. He not only fit us in, but he was engaging and professional in his work. We talked about trades work, and he mentioned he had been doing this for something like 20 years. And he loved it. I mentioned that his job was AI-proof. It was so obvious in how he conducted himself.

Juan was great! There was a problem with my original order and he recognized it immediately, and called my attention to it. He promptly and pleasantly took care of coordinating a replacement with the main office and was gracious about everything! The final install was neatly done and the area left spic-n-span! Can’t thank Juan enough for his professionalism and obvious expertise!
