Very efficent&courtesy service. Very tasty cheeseburger cooked to perfection! Will be back.
Lunch today was the worst dining experience I have ever had. We lacked service from our server and spent almost an hour and a half at the restaurant. My daughter ordered beef tips that were not edible. The manager refused to give more than $4 back on a $13.00 plate that could not be eaten. She did eat the potato. $9 for a potato is ridiculous! The manager was not concerned when I told him I would not be back and made no effort to rectify the problem. Very disappointed!
Yuck! My burger was burnt, and the egg was burnt. My sons Mac and cheese was tasteless, and looked reheated. My mothers grilled cheese had 1 piece of bread one way and the bottom piece of bread was facing the opposite direction. It was slop that was just thrown together. Pic of the egg is in the comments below this review!!! Btw the waitress never smiled and had no personality. No one welcomed us when we came in, and no one acknowledged us when we were leaving. Will never be back.
The service was beyond great, walked out feeling I had a new friend. The cheeseburger that I ordered was cooked to perfection and the steak fries were the best that I ever had. There was so much food that half of it went home and reheated well. The only thing I would change would be to offer a smaller burger served with a side.
Have been to Binions twice and was not disappointed at all. The steaks are outstanding. Usually I like blue cheese crumbles and horseradish, but here they require nothing. Have gotten the 10oz sirloin both times. Thick, but tender enough that you can cut it with a fork. Both times it was packed. Service was geat and the portions are too. Binions has become one of our regular stops now, even though we live in Greenville, SC.
My husband and I celebrated out 7th anniversary in December and had a wonderful steak dinner! The steak and baked potatoe were cooked to perfection. Our server, Shelly K, was attentive, thoughtful and fun! The manager was courteous and was kind enough to take the time to make sure we were having a great dinner! We had a blessed time! Thank you so much!
Ordered bbq, it was cold, slimy, unseasoned. I immediately returned it while my daughter finished her kid's meal that she seemed to enjoy. Manager was nice, but I doubt I'd come back.
They make the best steak. you can cut with a fork. They have very good servers. went to the new road house in Spartanburg they got not a thing on this steak house.
Great service and food! Eat there at least once a week. Love their tea!
