Service is always speedy and I know that my pup is always well taken care of! They even call to check on her the next day!
Loved it!! Dr. Graves was awesome! Hugged & Kissed my Abe!! Didn't try to push me into services or anything! Great guy! Highly recommend! Plus, when I pulled up to the clinic, they write the patients name on a board to welcome them! So cool. I should had taken a picture of it! Great touch!
We had a great first checkup with our new dog. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We weren't pressured into buying anything. If they suggested a product ( not prescription) they sold in the clinic, they were honest about saying similar products were available over the counter in retail shops. I think we found our new permanent vet clinic.
Took our 3 year old black lab in today for his yearly visit/ vaccines and had the pleasure of meeting the new doctor....Stephanie Barringer. She is amazing in her explanation of the exam, very compassionate & informative!! What a great addition to the team. Staff is wonderful as well, clean exam rooms and no pressure to up sell. Excellent services!!

This is a great facility. I took my cats there a year ago for the first time, and loved that there was sandwich board on the sidewalk with every pets name they were seeing that day. Everyone that works there has been kind, professional and caring. They are the whole package.
We have had dogs for 37 yr and in four different states. Best clinic of all! Great docs, techs and staff.
Loved our experience at Binford Pet Wellness Clinic today! Took our two cats in for check ups and shots. Dr. Graves was patient and helpful with one cat who has a few health issues. Our other cat, who is normally very mild mannered, was an absolute nightmare! The technician assured us that she could handle the cat, even when i couldn't help at all. Overall, awesome experience. They're our new provider!
Great medical care for the pup and outstanding customer service for mom and dad.... I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! Thanks to the team!!
