Binbin is insensitive and incompetent. I have ulcerative colitis. Upon me informing her that I'm seeing 2 specialists for my condition, she got bitter and said "You can't do that." (As if getting a second opinion is unheard of). I give her the other doctors info so they can collaborate, she says she'll reach out to him. No problem. I call a week later and the front desk informs me "Binbin no longer wants to treat you." Curious.
Very professional and the attention was excellent.
