Performance. In a world of affordable BMWs that may have some dust on the engine, you have reached the Awaken zone. Man oh man, I can't believe how much smoother, faster, and cooler my car runs. The service was exceptional. The chat line worked perfectly. The on line adviser was friendly and efficient. Only minutes after receiving the VIN for my BMW 650 I the order documentation was completed on line. Installation instructions were emailed separately the same day. The updated Navigation Chip, including instructions, arrived on the day advised and installation took less than five minutes. Thanks BimmerTech.
