The management is rude and not so bright. They seek to take advantage of minorities having them deposite a month or two advance security. When it time move out they will create elaborate fees to keep your deposit . Please explain how do you charge $1000.00 to repaint a single unit with no damage? You know the saying the checks in the mail is all the run I'm receiving so far.
