I stayed here the night before my wedding (July 2016). This hotel is very unique, and the customer service was great. I love the price of the rooms and the location of the hotel!
Loved it and hope to be able to stay again when I go back. Very hospitable staff! Well worth the money to stay in downtown Greensboro and kids loved it too. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and there continental breakfast was better than any place I've ever been. Hope to see you soon!

We've stayed at The Biltmore several times during the past year and we have loved every minute. The staff is friendly and good-humored and helpful. The building is old and interesting and well-cared for. We have bought a second home in the Greensboro area, and so it is unlikely that we will stay at The Biltmore again, but we recommend it highly; in fact, 5 stars really aren't enough!

RecommendedGreat place, not a cookie cutter hotel. Really has a character that can't be duplicated. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, well maintained and quaint with period correct furniture along side the flat screen, coffee maker, fridge, modern heat/air and microwave. The location is a $5.00 (or less) Uber ride from anything. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the staff gave us a brief tour and history that was really interesting.
I loved it and Debbie was amazing! The entire hotel was beautiful, and haunted.
