The Biltmore Greensboro Hotel is AWESOME. We love everything about it ... the rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, impeccably clean, both firm and soft pillows are provided ... breakfast is amazing ... the wine and cheese nightly are wonderful ... the staff is dedicated to serving our every need. We love this place and will stay here again and again.
I loved my stay at the Biltmore. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly, that is until we had to talk with the General Manager about our parking refund. We did what we were instructed by staff 2 weeks ago but the procedure changed and we were not told. We did get the $10 refund but the manager was a condescending jerk...so this will be the last place we pick to stay overnight in Greensboro again.

The historic charm of this place is awe inspiring. The hospitality is second to none. Such a relaxing comfortable stay with all needs considered. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Greensboro area. Even provides a mini vacay for locals. So clean, quiet & roomy that you"d want to return again & again.
