I have lived at the Biltmore now since 2016. Biltmore is part of the Stallard and Associates rental portfolio. The price for rent, water, gas and trash is very affordable. You have your base rent to pay and they add in the water, gas and trash. BUT you get what you pay for. There are no regularly staffed maintenance. Temporay staff are hired to perform duties.
