Residing for 3 years let me highlight the pros the cons. Pros 1. Good location as it is close to stores, banks , gas stations freeways 2. In a good school district 3. Good club house and pool. 4. Greenery Cons The classic apartments are old which are being renovated . As they are old you have issues like 1. Appliance issues and maintenance issues. 2.
