As there have been other apartments that I have visited before, the only thing that struck me about this apartment is its modernity and improved design. The design itself is quite simple but very effective in maximizing the use of space. The main characteristic of the apartment that stood out for me was the huge amount of space for storing things due to the presence of many closets.

I have emailed them around a half dozen times with no response from them at all. I had some questions I needed to ask that their AI Lisa cannot answer. If you can't answer emails how can I trust you're going to answer my maintenance requests if I were to live here. It's amazing how difficult it can be to get someone to answer an email from here when you think they would want tenants like me

After looking at a few other apartments, the most notable thing about this particular one is its more modern design. The design is quite simple, but practical and utilizes the available space effectively. The best part is the amount of storage space that comes from having lots of closets. It is an aspect that I do not see in many apartments.
