Probably some of the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. I brought my electric bike that I keep on my sailboat and simply needed a tube replaced. The employee working in the bike area was unnecessarily rude about the bike’s condition, even though I was just requesting a basic tube swap; that they confirmed over the phone that they could do that day while I wait. It was a beautiful day. We rented ebikes from Biloxi Bicycle Works. The shop owners were the best. Kind and helpful. If I did not live so far away I might have bought a bike from them!
