Monday night around 8pm and the service sucks. Place isn't busy but yet it took over 45mins after being greeted by our server to actually order food. The food is not anything special. I could microwave a better meal at home. The view is great and the gators are entertaining, but the food, staff and organization of the place is ridiculous! Don't come here if you are hungry or in a rush.
Although the atmosphere was great today the service lacked a bit and we had to wait over an hour for our food. I am not sure it could have been because of the ski show that was going on ....
We were there with 5 other people (7 total). It took a while to get our appetizers and even longer to get our food. Four people got their meals long before the other three. Wouldn't you think the cooks would send out all of the meals at the same time? And it wasn't sitting at the window waiting to be picked up because the three meals that was late were hot. Our server was great, wasn't his fault. Don't think I will be going back there any time soon.
We had five different servers they were so on organized one of the servers handed a hot plate to my friend instead of putting it on the table almost burned her hands almost dropped the plate. Checks were all screwed up everybody had everybody else's things mixed in with their own on each others bill, so we finally gave up and Paid what ever it said. They made us wait for a table that was empty the whole time we were sitting there waiting for it. Just a hot mess there at least the food was good .
In a word, yuck. Food was not fresh. Service was slow and they certainly were not interested in our experience.

Love this place.......Barmaid Jen is the most charming, energetic and cheerful person ever. The manager Vicky is very accommodating whenever there may be an issue such as running out of things after a huge party, etc. The cook Jamie is a very sweet guy who went out of his way for us the other night. We go here often for their amazing Bloody Mary's and the friendly atmosphere.
Wonderful staff, beautiful lake side view, great atmosphere and live music hit the spot! Will defiantly return and recommend. Our server was a lady named Tina, she was very pleasant and delightful. Thanks for a good time 😊😊
