Waited 30 minutes after being seated and no one came to take our order. Spoke to management and they said that was Too bad
We choose to go to the Tarpon Turtle for our date night. We enjoyed the food and our service, Tracy was an awesome server and we will return. See you next time.
With good intentions, I went there on Mother's Day for dinner and invited some friends. After an hour into the night, I was embarrassed that I suggested Tarpon Turtle and disappointed. It was a disaster. We waited for over 30 minutes to be acknowledged by a server. Even the hostess said, This is not good." An HOUR later, our food was served. Food was very bland and mash potatoes was very bad. Oh and they didn't have the ribs I ordered.
I loved this place! My boyfriend and I went on a date chef Lawrence came to the table everything was amazing! Totally recommend this place

Don't let the negative reviews keep you from going. The owners have worked hard at correcting service issues. They've listened & they care! I went on Tuesday and again on Friday night. The service and the food was great! Will definitely go back.
