We have been going to Maine for many years. We have always eatten at Mikes. This time on our way out of Wells he wanted one more seafood lunch, Mike's was closed so we went to Billy's. My husand had the shrimp and chowder I had fish and chips. Everything was good we will be going back.

They have the best clam chowder and fish taco. Have been there many times. Will be there next month when we open our summer place.
Fish and chips were terrific. Even though the food is fried the batter is very light. My wife had the baked cod and that was delicious too. Only negative is that there were no clam or lobster rolls on the menue

Billy's Chowder house is one of my favorite places to eat. The service is always exceptional, and the food is always great... oh my, the Chowder is one of the best!

Love it there..food was excellent as always, served on time...waitresses were excellent as usual....not a bad thing to say about it...keep up the good work...
