My daughter was hours from home when her front caliper and bracket came loose and locked up her front wheel. Thank God she wasn’t driving fast and was coming to a stop when it happened. These folks fixed The problem fast and got her back on the road. The price to fix the car was very reasonable. This place deserves the maximum amount of stars they could ever receive for their service. these guys are the real deal. every employee is friendly & honest. they tell me exactly what's wrong & fixed it for the lowest price around! everyone should go to Billy's for auto issues!
I got into the front-rear accident on I-84 not far away from Billy’s Auto Repair., and my car has been towed there. To my greatest amuse, the guy who rear ended me, while totally acknowledging his fault on the scene, changed his testimony the other way around after he spoke to his insurance company. I still don’t know what kind of damage I would suffer (the car is totaled), but during the whole day of negotiations, amongst lying agents and parties involved, Billy’s attitude and approach was so humane that I kept thinking to ... read more
