We've always enjoyed the food at Billy Sims. We came in with our family and were approached by management accusing my wife of stealing a pop. Asking if she was sure she got water and that a co-worker saw her getting pop. They had given my daughter a water cup as a kids cup and then accused us of stealing a pop. Apparently they are supposed to give kids a normal cup. Although we received a so-so apology after I told them that they made our dinner really awkward. There was nothing else done.
Love this place! The ribs melt in your mouth.
I tried to order online prior to their opening time of 10:30 am so I could pick up my order fast. Their system asked me to sign up my email to get a free dessert cup. I really didn't want to but the page was a pain to make go away and it kept popping up, so I signed up my email for the free dessert and went to order my food. When I went to pay, it said that the coupon could only be applied after 12 noon.
