Billy Houston took on a big job for me. Contract to build a house with a builder and sell mine. The building process situation changed and he helped cancel the contract. Then he successfully helped me find the house of my dreams. In the meantime he sold and negotiated a contract for my old house. Busy 2 months but he was great in supporting, guiding and negotiating the best deals for me. I strongly would receive him for your housing needs.
There are a lot of realtors out there and we were so lucky to have had Billy help us to find our home! He really listened, asked us what we were looking for in a home, neighborhood, school zone, etc. Billy and his team made the whole home search and buying process seamless and stress free!
We just moved into our new home and Mary Campbell, our agent, made it happen. We had a wonderful experience. She looked out for us and helped get our offer accepted. Working with Billy Houston was a pleasure.
