Great refrigerator for good price. Delivery man Chris very prompt, professional and friendly. Highly recommended!
If you would like your delivery forgotten or be disrespected by ALL people you deal with or get hung up on or called a liar or rude etc....or not be informed or buy filthy appliances that will work maybe 10 times before they die I recommend bills appliances you will get nothing comparable to quality service or goods and forget about accountability,simply put if your interested in replacing your appliances every 2 or 3 months shop at bills where the product will die and the service is nonexiatant.completely a waste of time an... read more
I live in mishawaka but saw the reviews on the used appliance stores near me and refused to shop there. I came accross bills appliance and saw they had a 5 star rating so i chose to go there. Let me tell you their ratings dont lie. They were friendly and helped me get the refrigerator i wanted in a matter of minutes AND made sure it was delivered THAT DAY. A+ guys great work.
Bought refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven from Bill's and 2 out of the 4 appliances, weren't in working condition. These "scratch and dent" items they are selling that are advertised as BRAND NEW "scratch and dent" appliances, have more wrong with them than just scratches and dents....but to top it off, Bill's isn't very customer friendly and they make EXCUSES for everything and expect you to have to deal with these "not working" appliances until THEY HAVE TIME to come out and look at them(NOT FIX THEM, just LOOK)... read more
Bill and his staff are our "go to guys" for gently used or new appliances.
Great deals and wide selection. We have shopped here several times as we have rental homes and each time we leave, we found what we came in for. Looking to save money and get good appliances. This is the place.
Eveyone was wonderful. And I absolutely love my washer.
