Me and a friend came here on a Saturday afternoon to have a hot meal on a cold day. The service was amazingly slow with probably two other table in the restaurant. We got the chips and queso to start, which was great, we both ordered the ribeye, medium rare, after waiting for the steaks to come, they finally arrived, my steak was not even warm enough to melt the butter they put on it, and my side of loaded mashed potatoes was lukewarm at best.
