Ate here for the first time , most awful experience !! Didn’t get order right , had to ask for refills , steaks was awful , had to actually go get our own ticket and then actually find someone to even pay , our waiter was nowhere to be found .
Great food, very clean, prices were reasonable, all around great place!! Definitely worth going..
Rotten mashed potatoes!!!! The manage Shelby couldn’t even be bothered to walk over to our table until I told our waitress that it was crappy that she couldn’t be bothered. Then on top of that Shelby didn’t care in The least that they gave us rotten potatoes! She didn’t even apologize and wasn’t even going to come to our table at all. They didn’t offer to replace the food!!!! They just took the price of one meal off the ticket there were 4. Of us and my son wouldn’t touch his food after seeing that disgusting mess! Ruined two steaks and didnt offer to fix it the third time or something else
Extremely slow wait staff and little to no customer service skills. All customers showed frustration when it came to the service as we watched. The food is just ok and a hot salad..
Marissa is a GREAT waitress! Very conscientious to your needs, extremely funny, and great with kids. Will definitely ask for her every time we go back! Oh, and the food was good too!
we were a large party but waitress really did good and steaks were cooked right and tasted good. baked potato was also good.
because you are not greeted. you are stared at and ignored even when you leave your table to go to the bar and are still ignored. im at louie's and best service ever! btw.... we were the only one in the bar and others that came in after us also left. it's been like this several time but the blatant disrespect of being looked at and ignored just blows my mind.
