While I don't have experience dealing with Bill in his shop, I worked with Bill YEARS ago, and I know him to be very professional and it doesn't surprise me a bit to see that he has his own shop (and probably has for some time - I've been out of touch) and that he is doing well.. A truly good guy.

This is the most unbelievable dealer around. I've bought two bikes from them, and always get my parts through them. Service is an 11/10. Shipping rates and time is an 11/10. Bryon is the best parts guy ever!
