Stopped in today with a 3+ year old gift certificate we had lost but just found. They honored it! Best customer service ever.
Took my carburators in for leaking fuel in one of them. Took them 1 month and a half to fix one of them. I called 3 separate times because they kept pushing it to the side and forgetting about it. They fixed the one leaking carb but now a different one leaks.. Waste of time, they just forget about you and don't have the courtesy of calling you to let you know it is going to take a while. I just bought a new FE 350 from Bills, Great service and set up of the bike. It runs perfect , love the bike , plan on riding a lot of single track next spring.
Everyone that works at BMP are top-tier. They all offer years of experience, knowledge and unbeatable customer service. I just picked up one of the new TE300's and Jon gave me great advice on a few extras I wanted that would work great, were easy to install and the best bang for my buck. Awesome motorcycle shop located close to the race track. Jon was a huge help in saving/fixing my 14 year old daughter's race bike issues. Super friendly and helpful employees!! She raced the same evening and pulled a 2nd place win!!!!
