Has my Subaru towed there because it died on the highway. They left it outside in the snow for 2 1/2 months without even touching it while I’m calling for updates. Told me I needed a new motor, didn’t do any compression tests nor bring it in the shop. I tried to order my own motor and they refused and said I had to get it through them (an extra 1k) ended up trying to just take the car back and they tried holding it saying I need to pay a storage fee close to $1000 (These guys are dirty).
