Awesome group of people never a negative experience in the 8 years and three trucks purchased. Willie Mendoza and the sales team are top notch. Service department is professional and honest. Henry Ford would be especially proud of the Billingsley Team. I've dealt with other Ford dealerships before and Billingsley is the best hands down.
I've purchased multiple vehicles from Billingsley Ford, and the sales department has made everything as easy as possible. My most recent purchase involved a 2015 SHO Taurus, and the process was extremely quick, easy, and painless due to the diligent search for the vehicle my wife and I requested by both Willie and Corn. Pros: Mark is an awesome salesman, took wonderful car of my son before, during and after sale. Would definitely buy from him again. Service department also took great care of my son when he went. No complaints with sales or service. Cons: I bought the extended warranty yes finance department told me all about the things it covered. However what they DIDNT tell me the warranty is prorated. I had a great experience when I purchased my 2013 F150 from Chad. I was looking over the reviews and it seems your service department has been getting alot of negative stuff said. I live out of town and was going to drive my truck in for a oil change and I am hopeing that the 3 hour wait is not going to happen. Love my truck!

Naturally they are more than happy to help as long as they are trying to make a sale. Once you purchase the vehicle you can expect that to go away. Something as simple as an oil change takes anywhere from 2-3 hours. It doesn't matter if you call and make an appointment or if you are a walk in. Their service department is by far the worst I have ever experienced at any dealership. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and would highly recommend that everyone else does the same unless you just want to waste your day.
Recently bought my third vehicle from Billingsley. This was agreat experience. They got me what I wanted even if it took a few days. I love my Ford Escape. It is eye catching. The sales person was wonderful. Thank You for a great experience
