Hands down the best people in the world. My husband hit a BULL on his way to work Wednesday morning. He is fine,just totaled his F150. Long story short-salesman,Airieus Ervin showed us the right truck and Stacy Kinney fought hard on our behalf to get us in the truck with no hassles from Ford Credit! Thanks again guys! Joel in the Service area is great, hands down. I was having issues with my car, brought it in, he gave me the quote and I decided at that point to trade it in. He contacted another great employee, Ruben in Sales, Ruben was the best I mean THE BEST sales person I ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Took my truck to the quick lane for an oil leak and to have the oil changed. Fast professional service. Joel handled my truck and put me at ease with his knowledge and polite manor . I've been to other Ford dealerships and had less than favorable experiences , my visit to Billingsley has restored my faith in Ford repair centers. Thank you.
Not happy!!! I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. Next thing I know the guy doing the service is in the passenger side pulling on the dash. I ask the lady at the service desk what he’s doing I’m told he’s checking the cabin filter. He’s pulling and pulling on what I don’t know but it doesn’t look good. No tools just forcing a cover then the filter out of the truck. Did the filter need to be changed only after seeing it did I say ok to it being changed but I didn’t ask for that to be done. 12 April 2018 time 18:26 Went in to the dealership interested in test driving a 2018 mustang before I consider about purchasing it. Franko Gonzales that help me told me that I wasn’t able to test drive the mustang because other customers were driving to fast. He told me that if I was serious about purchasing we could work numbers first then I could drive the mustang. I was a car salesmen and that’s not how to do business. The sales manager did take care of me when I went back!
Went in to have my vehicle serviced. Staff was very friendly. Waiting area is very nice and comfortable. I walked around the used lot. Salespeople were very nice and friendly. If I ever decide to purchase another vehicle I would go see Ken Morrison. Had a good experience.
