I had a scheduled appointment this morning n I spent 5 minutes standing in front of 2 men I lady n they ignored me until I started walking off. just wanted my oil changed n car serviced. just bought our car there 2 months ago and it's the second one. poor customer service.
Sad that we senior leaders on Fort Sill deter Soldiers from purchasing vehicles here locally. These cats are sharks. Same vehicle with better options is thousands cheaper in the city of OK or Dallas. We deter Soldiers to buy local. Soldiers, do your homework.

Dropped my truck off at 720 am and called them at 11 am to check on the status and was told it would be done around 2pm. Showed up at 1:45pm and was told that they were just about to get to it and it would be about 2 more hours. After 6 hours of waiting on my vehicle, for what was told to me was an hour long process, I was then told that if you make an appointment at 8 am for a service, that’s not actually an appointment for service. It’s an appointment for them to accept my vehicle for service when they get around to it.
Huge shout out to Don Douglas and Sales mgr Cornelius, no pressure and tireless to get me what i wanted, highly recommend Billingsley Lincoln and especially these guy, client for life!!!
