Be careful taking your vehicle to this Ford dealership for services. I own a 2010 Ford Taurus . I took my vehicle there for a regular service, i.e. Tire rotation and oil change as I have always done. I picked my vehicle up and the first time I crancked it up it made a crazy clicking noise that was not there prior to dropping it off. I've got nothing but positive reviews for my recent trip and purchase from Greg Childress. I had just got out from under a terrible used car and was devastated to find out that two banks in Lawton could not approve me. The service department is horrible ... been trying to get my sons car fixed since July . Guess what ? 3 months later still not fixed . I will not be going back and sure wont recommend them to anyone . I should have read reviews before using Billingsley Ford
I never had a problem when I went there. I always made an appointment and usually I was in and out in no time. The staff is friendly and I never felt like they were trying to swindle me. I felt like they cared about making sure my vehicle was safe and I was satisfied.
Bought my flex there last year! love the service dept and they made the buying process easy! service is always quick and friendly!
Super nice folks in the service department! Go me in and out real fast and did great work.
