We purchased a new car and worked with Clayton Darnell from starting to decide until actually purchase, very helpful. He was knowable on the vehicles and professional. Reviewed all the cars features and made sure we left with the best experience possible.
Used the new Quick Lube this morning for the first time and the experience was great. My car was done in a very short time and I even asked for them to do something after they had completed and without any attitude they brought my car back in to check something I had not asked them to do at first. The employees at the Quick Lube are the same great quality as they are at the other Billingsley departments. Billingsley continues to get my vote in sales, finance, service and parts. I would not shop anywhere else.
Very professional and down home service . Our salesman ( Clayton ) knows how to treat a potential client , no pushy sale tactics , and give great prices. I've bought two Lincolns and a f250 .
Went to get my oil changed, they did an excellent job, always checking to make sure we were comfortable while we waited, in my opinion, best place to buy a car and get it serviced! I usually deal with Cornelius when I'm there and he never disappoints! He didn't stop looking until he found me exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford!
Bought another ford. I think this is #6. Rod and George are the best
Billingsley got my return business. They seem to be professional and they really put me in a vehicle I love for a price I could afford. Willie and David Truce were very helpful.
I was there with my friend the other day, and we was dealing with Willie, he was very unprofessional, and it took a lot from me to keep my anger in check because he was not only unprofessional, but very rude, and even when I was informing him that a car had some damage to it, he was getting an attitude with me, I didn't understand why, but I can guarantee that I will never purchase a vehicle there ever, and I will not be recommending them to anyone that is wanting to purchase a vehicle, I think unprofessional is the theme fo... read more
