This business is extremely incompetent,they do not know how to bill insurance and have VERY,VERY,bad Customer service skills, they are very RUDE! I would not recommend them to My dog's much less anybody else,!! Absolutely incredible how these people can stay in business!!
I have 8 kids and myself who have been going to the eye Dr since moving here 5 years ago! Each time we go we have to deal with the front desk girls who always seem to have attitude problems! My daughter needed a contact fitting and they were unwilling to work with us on certain times considering I don't think it is something my daughter needs to miss school for! The front desk girl always has a bad customer service, attitude and rude. Hopefully something change soon. I have been taking my kid there almost 2 years and he like the doctor. The optimistic very friendly and professional.
