The front desk girl always has a bad customer service, attitude and rude. Hopefully something change soon. I have been taking my kid there almost 2 years and he like the doctor. The optimistic very friendly and professional.
I’ve been coming to this clinic with my son for about three years. We’ve had good experiences with the other staff, and Dr. Biegal is a very nice and caring doctor. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk , whose name I believe is Kayla (I’m not sure if I heard or wrote her name correctly), has been disappointing.
