Anytime I call to make an appointment or get in for a checkup the receptionist is always very rude and consistently tells me that they don’t have any openings. Yet when I walk in I’m seen in 30 minutes? Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Front desk service is very unprofessional. Always trying to be argumentative. Transportation has not been put in correctly, making it difficult to get to appointments. When calling the phone line, receptionist has interrupted me, not listened to my concerns and told me to calm down. Just very unprofessional and gives misleading or wrong information. I've never gotten my concerns addressed due to their continued ignorance and lack of professionalism and compassion. Truly sad to see when every other department does an outstand... read more
The receptionist on the right as you come in is RUDE!! You should at least hire people who will treat your clients with respect. I never want to come back here again.
Abbey was great with my kids for their sport physical. My kids felt comfortable with her and she had some great information on sports injury prevention, teen boy mental health / physical well being
