I have always been treated very well by everyone here. Everyone here is kind and caring. My doctor Dr. Abbey is amazing. He takes the time to listen to his patients. He answers all my questions. He recently did my surgery he explained what he was going to be doing. They called to check on me the day after.
My experience so far at Billings Ob-gyn has exceeded all of my expectations! Dr. Carlson is wonderful to work with, and is incredibly knowledgeable. I am convinced Amy Lix is the best ultrasound technician in the entire state! The staff at Billings Ob-gyn Associates is truly the dream team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I would just like to give my biggest heartfelt thank you to Dr. Templeton who helped me through the birth of my stillborn son. I couldn’t of done this without her support, kindness, and empathy. Thank you so much.
Dr. Sironi is very kind and helpful. He has helped us out a lot. Nurse Dana is also very nice! She answered all of my questions and was very compassionate about the situation. Thank you two so much for being caring and willing to listen to our thoughts, questions, and concerns.

the doctors and entire staff put the patients first and foremost
The practice manager Stephanie is cold, condescending and manipulative. I’ve been a patient with this physician group for nearly 10 years. Every single invoice paid on time. We asked if we could have the same payment plan in place after the delivery of our third child. Stephanie said it wasn’t an option. She refused to allow me to have my appointment unless we signed their financial agreement. When we said we had questions she seemed annoyed and irritated. We ultimately walked out after being humiliated and disrespected .
