Dr Despain does an excellent job with the exam, discussion, options, and follow up. I was having trouble with contacts and he took the time to find a good fit for me.
Dr. Carrington is an excellent Optometrist. She listens to any concerns I had during the exam and so professional and kind. The check in staff and Optometrist assistant were cheerful, attentive, and overall pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Carrington and staff from Billings Family Eyecare.
I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr Despain and his staff are incredibly great to work with. I actually look forward to my annual eye exams. Who does that? The gals are always good for a laugh but professional one and all. If you're not going to Billings Family Eyecare, you're missing out.
