Very professional and knowledgeable
I travelled over 4 hours to come to my appt with Billings Family Eyecare for my first ever appt. with them. I was greeted immediately with a smile and kindness. Dr. Carrington-Heller is a wealth of knowledge, professional, and incredibly down to earth. If I could give these lovely folks more stars, I definitely will. Well worth the drive and will become a long time patient! 20/10 recommend!
I had an awful experience here. I felt like the doctor was demeaning to me. I dealt with this problem by never going back and I would discourage others from going here.
