This place is by far the worst office I have ever dealt with. So the Va gave me a referral to see them. The Va sent them the referral twice in December. The made me an appointment months later. Which was today April 14th. They called me Friday April 12th. Around 3 pm, to tell me they didn’t have the referral from the Va. That they were going to cancel my appointment if they didn’t get it. Another great visit and the Staff is always amazing. Had a new employee help me today and she was awesome at her job and I made sure the doctor knew she was. The doctor always does a great job as well getting me the best prescription for my eyes.
Staff is uncouth, unprofessional, and pushy. Respect for patient privacy is nonexistent. Additionally, patient care is both unreliable and delayed. Clinic staff and providers display alarming lack of tact, expertise, and etiquette. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere if any level of quality of care, confidentiality, and patient courtesy is desired.

Dr. Carrington-Hellier and her team took very good care of my wife and I. I arrived about ten minutes early, got checked in, and waited for a little bit in their lobby. I then had a brief preliminary exam with an assistant (I didn’t catch her name), who was pleasant and personable. Then Dr. Carrington-Hellier introduced herself and began the actual eye testing and whatnot. The whole interaction was breezy, didn’t take very long at all. I would recommend anyone in need of eye care to make a stop in here.
