Took my sister into the urologist today. She's had a stent put in for about 3 weeks and initially he refused to take the stent out but she insisted because the stent is causing more pain than the kidney stones. He was angry that she insisted so instead of using any kind of numbut he just ripped it out. This is not the way for a doctor to act and I will be taking this further. The people in the staff are nice there but the problem is if you have a problem with the medication and it's not the correct one and you try to get it corrected nobody even calls you back I left a numerous messages and nobody ever called me back
Dr Holst and his awesome laser zapped my prostate on Wednesday and everything is back to normal. There have been no complications. The staff was very nice and professional.
