Everyone is very friendly here, though completely different experience then I’m use to from where I moved from. Hope they can help when I really am needing there services. They do listen to what you say and have given me a few things to try that no one else has for my rare Urinary tract/ Kidney disease
If you have a choice, I would not come here. They have been horrible for my father. I think we are stuck because of his insurance. I've visited numerous doctors and offices throughout my life, and this entire office seems to be struggling. If it were me, I would try the one up the hill.
The wait time to get someone from Urology on the phone should not close to an hour. I have tried several times at different times of the day. It's like floating in space. At least there could be a voicemail!!
After being a patient for several years it was time for removal of my cancerous prostate. I had the surgery date set, but as the date approached I had not heard about the pre-op appointment. When I called less than two weeks before the surgery date I was told that the surgeon had left a few weeks previous and the surgery was canceled. I was never contacted. Took my sister into the urologist today. She's had a stent put in for about 3 weeks and initially he refused to take the stent out but she insisted because the stent is causing more pain than the kidney stones. He was angry that she insisted so instead of using any kind of numbut he just ripped it out. This is not the way for a doctor to act and I will be taking this further.
