They say they aren't urgent care when it says urgent care right on this blog here. I just hang up the lady said no they aren't ..
Denied care! We arrived 10 min before closing and they said they would not see my son for wound care that would require a simple procedure. Injury did not require ER care, but to be told no during open hours felt wrong. Reminder of why we prefer Intermountain Health(they closed at 7pm :( )
Service was prompt and efficient. The NP asked questions and did a very thorough examination.
