Have to fill out a new release every six months to just to make an appt for my disabled adult child. He has begged them, additionally, as well as me, to allow him to use the landline for his contact because calling him causes a panic attack. They refuse. Person returning calls/making the behavioral health appts seems to take glee in this fact, even though no personal information is ever given or exchanged so there is zero reason for this.
