Genuinely the rudest front desk people I’ve ever come across and very negligent nursing staff with no bedside manner. The doctor barely even said anything about my condition or checked anything that could be wrong so after about an hour of this negligence I decided to leave. Genuinely disgusting to see this is how hospitals treat people and now I know for sure Billings Clinic is as bad as people say it is.
The emergency department staff worked hard to stay professional and helpful during a stressful situation . The nurses and medical team seemed caring and attentive, and the facility looked clean and organized considering how busy emergency rooms can get. Wait times can naturally vary depending on how crowded things are, but it still felt reassuring knowing there were experienced medical professionals available when needed most. Definitely appreciated the staff’s effort and calm attitude during the visit.
