Had an emergency, they had no idea what was happening to me, did all the test, young emergency doctor on duty did not know what to do. 4 hours later I decided to leave, and went to VA Hospital now that it was open, they figured it out in 30 minutes, thank God it was not life threatening or I would have died at the Billings emergency room. Worst emergency Hospital ever.
We've been in the ER since 4:00 p.m. they're still sitting here waiting on the test results for an MRI my wife has not eaten all day and they refused to speed up the MRI results. The nurses are also bad bedside manners. My wife has chronic migraines so she wears certain earrings to prevent them they gave her a cold shoulder about them
This lady is very rude and disrespectful!! She works in the E.R. and started threatening Us over our daughter's care. Typical Billings Clinic. Her name is Hope the officer that kicked me out says. His name now is Brandon he would've give me his last name.
Took 2 hours before i got out of the waiting room, the “nurses” at the desk are rude and snobby, seen a bedbug in the waiting area. All around shitty experience and sad cause its a major hospital in town.
