This er disgusts me with how slow they are my fiance waitied in so much pain for almost an hour just to get a single painkiller like wow glad yall over paid staff members don’t care.
It was amazing to watch the amount of care and hard work they put in to helping people.
Unprofessional intake staff that don't listen or do anythings about a issue till something else happens and the security is horrible they are mean no matter who you are even if your special need person they all need to be fired and you last 2 more patient due to this
We presented to the Billings Clinic ER at 10:30am on a Sunday morning with an eye problem. We were immediately triaged and immediately shown to an ER room. The doctor, Dr. Nei****dt, was amazing as was all the staff. We were diagnosed, treated and out the door. Our prescriptions were ready by the time we walked to the pharmacy! Good job Billings Clinic--we were impressed!
