My dear friend saw Dr. Seth Larson recently, and was treated absolutely horribly. She called me in tears after her appointment. He was rude, condescending, and ended up yelling at her, touching her neck without her consent, and storming out of the room. Every. SINGLE. Patient deserved to be treated with dignity and respect. I went here this morning for side pain. They got me back quick, took a urine sample, then came in to tell me that there were traces of infection. I was fine with that, but when I asked him what type he couldn't even tell me, he said he wouldn't know for 2 days but to follow up with someone else a week later because he didn't have time to figure out what was wrong. He prescribed me antibiotics. I went out to my husband who was waiting for me in the car, nearly crying from pain and told him what a horrible experience I had. He... read more

They got me in and most of all they listened to what was wrong with me. I have a DR. now with them and will keep going to Billings Clinic.
