Met with her once and attempted multiple follow-ups regarding my appointment over the course of several weeks, but communication was extremely poor. I reached out numerous times through both email and the app I was instructed to download for communication and received no response. She also stated she would handle an issue for me, but never followed through despite repeated follow-up attempts. If communication and responsiveness are important to you, this was unfortunately not my experience.
