They refused to let me take the car to my mechanic for inspection and would only allow me to take it to the local O'Reilly's and have it ran on their diagnostic test. That test showed an EGR valve needed replaced. Their mechanic LD went on the test drive with us and when I inquired about the car shifting delay issue and if it was a possible transmission issue the mechanic stated he had inspected the car and convinced me there was nothing wrong with the transmission and the EGR valve was the only thing wrong. Only go to them if you like your money and your time wasted .they did me the exact same way ,the car only last for five days now .I'm stranded without a car but have a car payment ......Smfh ....
If you like to work on cars you just bought then this is the place for you. They doctor up the cars for a quick sale leaving you broke and without transportation. I bought a car from Milams thinking i would have reliable transportation for my family a couple days later im stuck with a car that will not make it a mile down the road. They only get 1 star on my rating but thats only cause i had to they deserve a 0 if you ask me.
