Great Staff minus Bill White. Don't work with this company. They are a little over priced and have caused issues with other businesses I work with. If Bill isn't happy he will cause as many problems as possible and has been very unprofessional.
Great customer service, willing to inspect vehicle for free to diagnose issues, work with you on your budget, offers all sorts of services while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced, they also will shuttle you home if it's going to be a long wait. Very professional, honest, and they warranty their work. Best mechanic in Dekalb county by far!
If you're looking for an experience and not just a repair, this is most definitely the place to go! When you walk through the door you're welcomed like family!
This is the only place I will take my car, from now on. Not only are they friendly they are the most accommodating I have ever dealt with, as well as efficient. I cannot appreciate the help this business has done to help me out when my car needed it done on VERY short notice-same day, multiple times. Thank you guys so much!
Check your tires before getting rotated they might not have them all tightened. Just lucky my tire didn't fall off in Chicago on 88 or it would of been worst . Had to tighten the lug nuts on 88 during busy traffic
The car hospital is very professional and a pleasure to due business with. They give you very accurate estimates and the work they due is on time and done to quality standards. I highly recommend using them for all you car care needs.
