Great technicians with knowledge to diagnose what you need and fix it. Professional front desk staff that is so efficient they ask for your information and immediately enter it into the computer so you aren't filling out forms. I appreciate the honesty and integrity I was shown by the people here. Thank you!
Took my car in for repair. They diagnosed the problem and quoted me at around $2500. I was prepared to do the repair when they called me back and told me the part was actually covered under a Toyota warranty and would be repaired for free if I took it to a dealership. They could have taken my money and done the repair, but instead they saved me $2500. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic work.

I never write reviews. But coming from a girl who has been taken financially advantage of in the past from other shops- this is a good place to go if you need help with your car. I feel like I need to give credit to this business. These people are straightforward, honest, and cool to talk to and work with. They have no sales pitches, no upselling or unnecessary purchaes, just get the job done with no extra drama or bs. I would not go anywhere else.
Took my car in to get work done, and they found problems that other places did not! The sending of the pictures of before and after is a really smart idea as well! They definitely take care of you, and are very respectful! I will be going there for now on and I recommend everybody else to go here too!
Awesome service and excellent work! I had a dead starter they were able to tow the car, get it in working condition, inspect the car and itemize out future repairs and shuttle me to my car. I would highly recommend them. I only wish I lived closer to them or had them in Elgin. Thank you for all the hard work!
They will take great care of you and your car. I went for an oil change and they told me it was unnecessary and told me to come in another day. They also came to my rescue when my battery died, they told me a tow would be $65 and I agreed to pay for it. The truck came, they jumped the battery for me to drive to the shop, and I'm pretty sure they didn't even add this service to my bill. Very honest about what they'll do with your car, accommodating, fast service, and friendly staff.
