Called at 915am, they showed up at 11am. Did fantastic work, the 2 gentleman were very nice and respectful. Its hard to find an honest company with great employees. Hopefully i don’t need them anytime soon… but if i do i will be calling them again. Great job!

We have worked with Bill the Plumber a few times to service our well pump. We have never had any issues they have always been helpful and friendly. However, when we started having issues with our well pump this weekend, we called the oncall service and it was sent to voicemail we left messages when the answering service didnt hung up or disconnected us. No one returned our call. If you are oncall 24/7 then why isnt anyone answering the phone. No it is Sunday and they are not offering oncall services today. This is not a prod... read more
