Well as for the service department they aren't as honest as some say. I took my 2012 Honda pilot for repair and after multiple trips Back and forth, out $3k and issue still not fixed, then When I told them I was not paying anymore for them to guess - they no longer would return my calls etc. Come to find out the prob was exactly what they were told it was but to double check and make sure and they said that wasn't the issue.
